One pack provides enough LeaLea cream to remove:
- 10-14 raised moles with a diameter of 1.5 mm (1/16 ″),
- 6 – 8 raised moles 3 mm (1/8 ″) in diameter or
- 2 – 4 raised moles 6 mm (1/4 ″) in diameter
Generally, LeaLea can be used on all benign, raised moles on all parts of the body – regardless of color or shape, if they are smaller than 2 cm and do not contain any black parts.
Raised birthmarks and moles that are 3 to 6 mm (1/8 “- 1/4”) in diameter or larger will require more than one application to completely remove.

6 easy application steps to remove safely
Cleaning
Thoroughly clean your hands, mole/birthmark, and application area with soap and water to remove sweat, grease, or dirt.
Then dry everything with a towel.
Disinfect
Disinfect the area of application over a large area with the antibacterial alcohol wipes provided.
Roughening
Roughen the entire surface of the mole/birthmark with the file provided. The light roughening is the most important step of the treatment so that the cream can be absorbed well.
Do not roughen the surrounding skin. If bleeding occurs during roughening or scratching, wait until the bleeding has stopped completely before applying the cream.
Open the cream and stir
Open the LeaLea Creme jar and stir the contents thoroughly with the applicator stick.
If the cream has dried, use the applicator to gradually add a small drop of water until a milky consistency has been achieved.
Apply the cream
Use the applicator stick to apply a thin layer of LeaLea cream to the mole’s surface.
Cover the mole entirely, but avoid contact with the surrounding skin. If contact occurs, remove the cream with the help of a cotton swab and immediately wash the area off with water.
Close the cream tightly after application to prevent drying.
Let the Cream Absorb for 20 Minutes
Now let the cream absorb for 20 minutes. You should feel a moderate to strong burning sensation that lasts 5-10 minutes. The mole should slowly change color, turning dark brown or black.
If you do not feel a burning sensation on the treated skin area, the LeaLea cream has not penetrated the tissue of your mole. Wipe off the cream and repeat the application. Roughen up the mole more so that the cream can be better absorbed.
Wipe Off the Cream
Using a cotton swab, soak dried LeaLea cream carefully with water for 10 seconds, then wipe it off with.
Reddened skin around the application area is a natural sign that the application was successful. The reddening usually disappears after a short time.
Let the Scab Form
A brown or black crust will form within 24 to 48 hours.
You must be careful not to remove it too early, which can lead to scarring. Use a bandaid to protect the crust while bathing, washing, or exercising.
Generally, an antibacterial cream can be used to prevent inflammation immediately after application. Alternatively, we recommend applying pure, natural aloe vera gel 3 times a day until the crust has fallen off.
Let the black crust fall off
Usually, the crust naturally falls off within 1-3 weeks, however 2 – 5 weeks is typical for larger moles.
It is essential not to remove the crust too early, as this interrupts the skin’s natural healing process and makes scarring more likely.
Pink discolored or reddish tissue is expected after the crust has fallen off. Your skin tone will return to normal over time.
Protect the treated area
After the crust falls off, protect the newly formed skin from excessive exposure to the sun, and take care to avoid applying products with chemical ingredients.
You can participate in your usual daily activities, including exercise, if it does not cause any irritation to the treated area.
Improve and Accelerate Healing
Daily follow-up treatment with pure vitamin E oil supports the skin’s regeneration. Apply the vitamin E oil at best 3 times a day to accelerate the healing process and improve the treatment result.
Enjoy Your New Skin
After three months, the skin tone of the new skin has adapted more and more to the original skin tone. Usually, it is impossible to see where the mole was.
Depending on the mole’s size, blood flow, and nutrient supply to the skin tissue, this can take up to 6 months. Be patient and continue the follow-up treatment with vitamin E oil until you are satisfied with the result.
